Hermès | Interludes III

The team at Hermès commissioned me to create a series of 'scroll-stopping' animations for their social media pages by mixing Hermès visuals with my own papercraft style and creative processes.
This animation is a stop-motion take on a flip book which comes to life on the cutting mat. Taking inspiration from a pair of their leather horse-shaped bag charms, the horses gallop through the streets of Paris at night, passing iconic landmarks on the way.
Process:
54 pages were made for the ‘flipbook’ which were designed in Illustrator, cut from a Silhouette machine before assembling and gluing.
